Tup.....Tup..... Hj Patrick Dan Nak Pencen.....

Komen2 yg lalu tu ada sebut pasai Patrick..... So aku sempat mengorek sikit pasai mamat ni. Mamat ni cukup cekap cover kerja dia, susah juga aku nak menggali.....

Teh Guan Hoe atau lebih dikenali dgn panggilan Hj Patrick di era pentadbiran PAS Kedah bersama KHTP akan menamatkan kerja2 mengaut kesenangan dan makan anginnya pada 17 September 2011 akan datang.

Kalau pembaca setia blog DKS ingat satu masa dulu ada aku tulis bab Zulkefli Ahmad, VP, Development KTPC dipetisejukkan (cold storage) oleh Hj Sobri sebab dak 'sebulu' dgn dia, dan dikhabarkan surat tunjuk sebab (show cause letter) sudah dideraf oleh Pengurus HR, tapi masih belum ditandatangan oleh Hj Sobri saja…..?

Tapi kali ni, aku nak ceritakan apakah yg berlaku disebalik kisah ni.

Salah seorang pengampu Hj Sobri yg tersohor di KTPC ialah Mr Patrick Teh, Pengurus, PR.  La dia telah menerima gelaran Hj Patrick disebabkan hubungan rapatnya kpd semua Haji2 di KTPC.  Malah ada juga yg pergi jauh lebih dari tu dgn memberi gelaran Hj Patrick (MABRUR).  Dia ni ada MBA beli punya dari Preston University (mana tak beli, belum keluar result dah pun konvo). Macam mana saya tau.....? I know laaa. 

Di belakang Hj2 KTPC, Patrick kata dia kena la ampu depa ni untuk 'cari makan' (no choice la, dia pun nak pencen dah bulan September 2011).

The choice is yours. But if you decide to go over your boss’s head or to HR, don’t be surprised if it ends badly for you. You may not want to hear this, but from the company’s viewpoint, you’re just a thin-skinned troublemaker who they’d just as soon not have to deal with. •         Did it ever occur to you that it may be you.....? Ada dua kesimpulan yg boleh dibuat disini:

1.       Hj Patrick juga mengaku yg Hj Sobri ialah 'bad boss'. Hampa translate la sendiri apa itu 'bad boss'

2.       Hj Patrick menasihatkan En Zul supaya resign kalau dah tak tahan dgn 'bad boss' aka Hj Sobri (last sekali email tu tulis 'you can always quit'

Inilah salah satu contoh di KTPC ni. Depan Hj Patrick bodek 'boss' Hj Sobri. Belakang dalam email kata kat Hj Sobri 'bad boss' (boss yg teruk/'lousy'). Tapi sebenarnya memang Hj Sobri ni teruk pun.

Jika diperhatikan aktiviti Encik Patrick Teh Guan Hoe, sejak kebelakangan ni ,menjelang persaraan beliau banyak tertumpu ke arah lawatan ke Amerika Syarikat bersama Tuan Haji Annuar Mohd Saffar.  Mengapa beliau berbuat demikian…..?.  Beliau pergi ke US utk melawat anak perempuan yg melanjutkan pelajaran (sekarang peringkat pHD, tajaan Kerajaan Persekutuan/JPA).  Satu lagi sebab ialah apabila pergi keluar negara, banyak elaun perjalanan (travel allowance) yg diperolehi, sebagai contoh mereka yg selalu pergi ke luar negara, seperti Ahmad Shiraz mampu membeli smartphone Samsung Galaxy S2, secara cash.  Demikian juga dengan Patrick, sebelum nak pencen ni kautlah wang elaun seberapa banyak yg boleh kerana hanya tinggal dua bulan sahaja lagi sebelum nak pencen.

Sebelum kita akhiri artikel ini, aku ingin mengingatkan kpd pengurusan KTPC (Tuan Haji Muhamad Sobri) agar tidak mengambil semula Hj Patrick ni selepas beliau bersara, kerana terdapat khabar2 angin bertiup kencang di sekitar KHTP mengatakan bahawa selepas Hj Patrick menerima wang retirement benefit (RM74K), beliau akan menghantar surat utk memohon bekerja semula dengan KTPC secara kontrak tahunan.  Untuk pengetahuan HJ Sobri, masih terdapat ramai lagi mereka yg berpengalaman dlm KTPC dan ada juga individu yg mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana dlm Komunikasi Massa yg dgn senang dapat mengambil alih kerja beliau secara lebih cekap dan teratur.

Cukup la selama 9 tahun kita dihidangkan dengan lakonan bodek kelas pertama di era Datuk Shukri (Patrick ni selalu dapat 2 increment setiap tahun selama 6 tahun) dan di era Hj Sobri (Patrick ni selalu dapat pergi ‘makan angin’ di US selama 3 tahun berturut2).  Terbaru pada minggu ketiga Julai 2011.
