Bila sembang bab calon ni..... Aku dengar sumber2 dari yg boleh dipercayai bahawa Sobri ni begitu semangat nak jadi calon dlm PRU13 nanti. La dok sibok melobi dgn Ustat Jijan. Dia kata banyak pembangunan yg dapat di buat di Pantai Merdeka, YB dok sedia ada (Lah Jusoh) tak tau buat kerja.
Aku heran, apa kelebihan yg ada pada Sobri ni entah la..... Pegang KHTP pun lintang pukang, ada hati nak jaga Pantai Merdeka.
Saja aku nak buat comparison Sobri (CEO KHTP) ni dgn Mantan CEO KHTP dulu Dato' Shukri.....

Working experience and occupation
· Dato' Ahmad Shukri Tajuddin has over 23 years of experience in various capacities in the private and government sectors and has accumulated vast experience in the areas of property, construction, business and technology development.
· He was appointed to the Kulim Technology Park Corporation's (KTPC) Board of Directors in 1996 and had served as Managing Director until 2000, when he was then appointed the Group Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of KTPC Group of Companies until May 2009.
· In 1991, Dato' Ahmad Shukri Tajuddin was one of the pioneering members in the joint feasibility study team working with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the establishment of the Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
· As a co-founder of KTPC, he was responsible for the overall implementation of the Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) development Master Plan. Together with his team of professionals at KTPC, he has built KHTP from the ground up into one of Asia's best science and technological parks.
· Besides traveling extensively worldwide and locally to market KHTP to high tech companies, Dato' Ahmad Shukri Tajuddin has also created upstream and downstream industrial/technological activities that are complementary towards the further development of KHTP. He enjoys strong rapport with all the multinational and local companies present in KHTP up until now.
· He was a council member of the Kulim Hi-Tech Park Local Authority, a member of Technology Resources Group on ICT and enabling Technology Committee. He also sits as a member in the Technical Committee to prepare and formulate the Malaysian Industrial Master Plan 3 (IMP3). Dato' Ahmad Shukri Tajuddin is now a Technical Advisor and Head of Study Team to the Government of Zambia for the setting up of an Industrial Park in Lusaka, Zambia.
· Dato' Ahmad Shukri Tajuddin is a member of International Association Science Park, Asian Science Park Association and a life member of International Association of Business Leaders.
· Earlier, he had served in various capacities in Kedah State Development Corporation and Darulaman Realty Sdn Bhd, the latter of which he was involved in the planning and development of the new 1200 acre Bandar Darulaman township from 1986 - 1989.

Dato' Redza Rafiq, aged 44 years old, has been appointed as the Chief Executive of The Northern Corridor Implementation Authority ("NCIA") on 1 January 2010 and his contract was recently extended to 2015. The NCIA is a body corporate, incorporated under the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority Act 2008 (Act 687), responsible for strategic socio-economic development of the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) - a government initiative to accelerate economic growth and elevate income levels in the north of Peninsular Malaysia encompassing the states of Kedah, Perak, Perlis and Pulau Pinang.
Dato' Redza was appointed as Managing Director of Cyberview Sdn Bhd on 15 February 2006. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer since 1 January 2002, after which he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Cyberview on 15 July 2004 to restructure and revive Cyberjaya. He has been involved in the development of Cyberjaya since 1997.
Dato' Redza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hull, United Kingdom and an MBA (Finance and E-Commerce).
Dato' Redza was previously with the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) prior to his secondment to Cyberview. His primary roles at MDeC were to ensure the financial sustainability of MDeC and its venture capital subsidiary; and to help enable the delivery of new programmes to spur the growth of the information and communications technology industry via the MSC Malaysia initiative. He was also responsible for the financial restructuring of MDeC.
Dato' Redza started his career at the Renong Group of Companies under the Renong Group Management Office and was exposed to various corporate work.
He presently sits on the Board of Penang Port Sdn Bhd, a company fully owned by the Ministry of Finance (Incorporated) to operate, manage and maintain all port facilities and services; Cyberview Sdn Bhd, the Government-owned landowner of Cyberjaya; Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad, Malaysia largest venture capital firm which focuses on investments in information and communications technology sector; Fabtronic Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyberview which functions as an outsourcing agent to AMD, a multinational company in the semi-conductor industry; and is the Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance.

- Dlm tiga2 tu satu shj yg kemaruk lagi belum dpt title Dato’ dan masih bermimpi (di siang hari) serta melobi agar dapat title Dato’ dari Kedah.
- Calon PAS yg berketayap, berdasarkan fakta tidak layak utk mentadbir sebuah agensi promosi pelaburan (investment promotion agency/IPA) kerana takdak pengalaman langsung dlm IPA.
- Calon dari BN yg disingkir dari KHTP mempunyai 23 tahun pengalaman dlm IPA.
- Jika bercakap mengenai PR yang dikatakan mempunyai ramai ahli yg berkelayakan professional, sepatutnya mereka dapat mencari calon yg lebih mempunyai merit utk mengurus KHTP, kalau tak lebih pun, setanding dengan bekas CEO masa pentadbiran Kedah di bawah BN terdahulu.
- Jadi terbukti PR hanya cakap kosong mereka ada ramai calon professional, hanya yang ramai sekarang dlm parti PAS ialah Raja Lawak, artis2 dan pegawai kerajaan pencen yang bercita2 nak jadi calon PRU 13 (nak jadi YB tetapi kalau masuk UMNO memang lambat punya; so nak jalan pintas ialah dgn masuk PAS).
- Kalau Engineer di kilang kena tukar pi HR Dept, itulah maknanya dia dah kena ‘COLD STORAGE/DI PETI SEJUKKAN’ & sikit hari lagi la nak kena tendang. Nasib dia baik lah PAS menang PRU 12 di Kedah.
TIPS UTK YB DATUK MUKHRIZ KALAU JADI MB BARU KEDAH.....
KALAU BN MENANG PRU 13, DICADANGKAN LANGKAH BERIKUT UNTUK MENAMBAH BAIK PENGURUSAN DAN PENTADBIRAN KHTP:
- MEMINDAHKAN PENTADBIRAN KTPC/KHTP DI BAWAH AGENSI KERAJAAN PUSAT CONTOHNYA SEPERTI MoF/MOSTI/JPM/Agensi Inovasi Malaysia, atau pun TUBUHKAN SATU AGENSI & RANGKUMKAN KAWAL SELIA KHTP, TPM, SHTP & SEMUA TAMAN TEKNOLOGI KE DALAM SATU JABATAN DALAM SESEBUAH KEMENTERIAN.
- KALAU FELDA BOLEH ADA BAWAH JPM, KHTP PUN RASANYA TIADA MASALAH.
- JIKA MASIH DI BAWAH PENTADBIRAN NEGERI & PKNK, MUNGKIN TIDAK DAPAT BERKEMBANG DENGAN PANTAS KERANA AKAN DIBELENGGU OLEH SINDROM BAHAWA ANAK SYARIKAT TIDAK BOLEH LEBIH DARI SEMUA SEGI DARIPADA PARENT COMPANY. MASALAHNYA IALAH SKALA GAJI YANG TIDAK MENARIK TENTUNYA TIDAK AKAN DAPAT MENARIK ‘TOP BRAIN’ UTK BEKERJA DENGAN KTPC.
